Krista Takes Home Another Overall Title in Bodybuilding
Krista won best overall at the UFE (Ultimate Fitness Events) Spring Bash in Mississauga Ontario on April 22nd in the Heavy Weight Open Bodybuilding division. She was pleased with her physique this 2nd time competing coming in 2 lbs lighter and leaner and much more muscle looking due to manipulating sodium and carbohydrate intake.
Krista is very proud to have been chosen to be drug tested (and of course passed the test!) as she strives to represent drug free powerlifting and natural bodybuilding and only uses 100% natural supplements, clean nutrition and proper strength training principles to develop her lean and healthy yet well built physique.
She would like thank her sponsor Kvedaras Chiropractic in Hamilton and her physique coach Frances Manias.
Her next event is the IFBB Natural National Qualifier in Sudbury May 31st quickly followed up by the IFBB Natural World Qualifier in Winnipeg just 2 weeks later. Krista hopes to become a National Champion this year and qualify to represent Canada at Worlds in Spain in October 2008.
