Fine Tuned Female Physiques to Represent Ontario
Frances Manias of Dundas and Krista Schaus of Cayuga will be representing Ontario at the CFBB (Canadian Federation of Bodybuilding) 2008 National World Qualifier in Winnipeg on June 14th.
Schaus recently qualified for the Natural National Championships by placing first in the female heavy weight division and first overall at the National Qualifier in Sudbury this past weekend. This is the 34-year-old's first year competing in bodybuilding after a 10 year competitive career in Powerlifting which placed Schaus in Canada's Top 20 Female Powerlifters list.
Krista has been coached by Physique Coach, Frances Manias, who will also be her team mate at the upcoming competition in Winnipeg.
Manias is no rookie to the sport of bodybuilding having represented Canada at the IFBB World Championships six times. 
After a two year hiatus from competition, Frances hopes to capture her fifth National title and a berth to represent Team Canada in Spain later this year.
