911 Jello

Called such because these tasty little high protein, low sugar treats have saved me from a dietary breakdown many times.

Bottom Layer

2 package light Jello (strawberry or raspberry).
Make as per usual, but replace the cold water with yogurt.
Add 2 scoops vanilla protein powder and mix well.

Pour into containers (1/2 full); allow to set 1 hour.

Second Layer

Make 2 more packages of light Jello using the ice method and pour over the bottom yogurt layer. Allow to set.

Topping

Top with a little Cool Whip or yogurt on top.

Enjoy!
