1/2 cup Kefir or plain Organic Yogurt
1/2 cup Soy Milk
1/2 cup POM Blueberry & Pomegranate Juice
1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1/8 cup Acai berry pulp
1/8 cup wheat grass juice
1 tsp ground flax meal
Some bee pollen grains
Blend in a blender until smooth and drink immediately. This smoothie is absolutely chock full of nutrients and is a great way to start the day! By it a part of your breakfast a few times a week and you can add years to your life. It tastes good too! For a quick Anti-aging drink that would be great as a snack or an appetizer to your regular breakfast, mix a glass of kefir with some Acai berry pulp and drink up.
NOTE: Kefir, Acai and wheat grass juice and bee pollen can all be found at the health food store (acai and wheat grass juice are usually in the freezer section). The rest can be found at a Zehrs or Fortinos.
