1 bunch parsley
1 bunch radishes
1/2 whole cucumber
1 large tomatoe
1 red onion
Approx 2-3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
Dressing:
Salt
Olive Oil
1-2 lemons, squeezed
1 - 1 1/2 Tbsp Sumac (spice)
1 pita bread, to use for crutons
Chop parsley, fine, Cube radishes, cucumber, onion and tomatoe. Chop or rip romaine lettuce. Toss with salad dressing and season to taste. Enjoy!
