My personal philosophy is to take an active approach to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I believe a healthy lifestyle includes proper nutrition while still allowing ourselves an occasional "treat", having the ability to manage stress, to be active through physical exercise and to own self -responsibility and commitment.
I think that becoming physically fit is truly a challenging goal to achieve as it not easily attained or maintained, yet if successful, the final outcome has endless benefits from better self-image, improved health and reduced stress.
Every person is an individual and has specific needs. Some people rise to a challenge every time while many need non-judgmental guidance and encouragement. I believe it is my job to be the inspiration for these people in achieving and maintaining their fitness and lifestyle goals. Taking care of your body is one of the greatest investments you can make.
I also believe that our life will unfold by the choices and decisions that we make. Every individual has the right and responsibility to make their own choices and decisions, whether they are considered right or wrong in the eyes of other people.
In my opinion, the lyrics of a country song called "In My Next 30 Years"by Tim McGraw, makes a great point when he portrays the thought of doing things "right"in his next 30 years of life. It doesn't mean that every choice and decision he made in his first 30 years were "wrong",but, simply that every mistake he ever made was worth making because it brought him to finding himself and what matters most in life to him now. After all, it just seems better to have lived and learned than to have just lived.
