Defining Edge is proud to be part of a strong physical professionals network in Haldimand and surrounding areas.
HTN Goals:
- Provide residents of Haldimand with the necessary fitness resources and support
- Network with and support other fitness industry professionals in Haldimand
- Provide learning opportunities for both residents and for industry professionals
- Encourage higher and various levels of specialties for industry professional in Haldimand
- Provide athletes, both amateur competitive and recreational, with high quality local training, nutrition and performance services
- Liaise with other preventative health care specialists, community groups and businesses in Haldimand to enhance the fitness, health and wellness of resident
