Police Preparedness

Train to Live & Live to Train!

Krista offers Police PHYSICAL Preparedness training for current front line officers and aspiring law enforcement officers.

If you are a police officer or want to be one you need to be training properly. You have very unique jobs with very unique training considerations. Krista has spent years researching those special training needs and used herself for over a decade as a test subject.

Don't make the mistake of thinking that she only trains women. Krista has trained male ERT team members, detective constables, training branch members and numerous front line officers. She has also worked with male firefighters, emergency serivce and military personnel.

Don't put your life in jeopardy, or the lives of those you are paid to protect, any longer. Train to live.
